How is Nexus PSS priced?

Pricing is quote-based, scaled to the number of agencies and personnel you run and the modules you enable. We build a quote around your deployment rather than a one-size sticker price.

Is there an onboarding or setup cost?

Most deployments include an implementation phase — configuration, data setup, and training. We scope it with you up front so there are no surprises.

Who hosts it, and where does our data live?

Nexus PSS runs in a cloud environment, with options for data residency and backups. If your jurisdiction has specific hosting requirements, we work through them during procurement.

Can you support our procurement process?

Yes. We can provide the documentation your purchasing and IT teams need, and work within RFP, quote, or sole-source processes as your jurisdiction requires.

What about training and data migration?

Training for dispatchers, officers, and administrators is part of onboarding. If you are coming from another system, we will scope data migration as part of your implementation.
